Opening hours and ticket prices
OPENING HOURS
The Royal Apartments and Parliament Chambers, the Lanckoroński Gallery, the Kubicki Arcades, temporary exhibitions:
Tuesday–Sunday: 10 AM–5 PM (last entry at 4 PM)
Monday – closed
The Tin-Roofed Palace
Wednesday, Saturday-Sunday: 10 AM–5 PM (last entry at 4 PM)
The Royal Gardens:
- The Upper Garden
May to September: daily: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM,
October to April: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (temporary closure due to weather conditions is possible)
- The Lower Garden
May to August: daily: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM,
September: daily: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM,
October to April: daily: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Due to weather conditions, the Castle Gardens may be temporarily closed.
On days when the Castle is closed, the Castle Gardens may also be closed.
On Mondays the Castle is closed for public
The last visitor is admitted one hour before the exhibition closes

Individual tickets:
The Royal Apartments and Parliament Chambers: the Great Apartment, the Royal Apartment, the Gallery of Porcelain, the New Deputies' Chamber, the Wettin Gallery, the Presidential Rooms, the Senator's Chamber, Jan Matejko's Paintings, the Antechamber (1st floor)

- reduced rate – 45.00 PLN*

The Lanckoroński Gallery (ground floor)
- regular rate – 60.00 PLN*

The Tin-Roofed Palace

The Golden Ticket (all permanent exhibitions available on a given day)

*The ticket price includes the rental of an audioguide or GTS headset. Headsets must be picked up by 2:00 p.m.
Let Them See Us! – temporary exhibition
- Standard – PLN 30
- Concession – PLN 20
- Special (with the simultaneous purchase of a ticket for any permanent exhibition, available only at the ticket office) – PLN 1
On Wednesdays:
- free admission to the Royal Apartments and Parliament Chambers s in the Royal Castle
- free admission to the Tin-Roofed Palace
- The Lanckoroński Gallery is unavailable
- free tickets need to be collected at the Ticket Office
- guided tours and reservations not available
- note: limited number of tickets available
Children up to 7 years of age – free admission
Audioguides are available only for two sightseeing routes: the Royal Apartments and Parliament Chambers (Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian And Ukrainian) and the Tin-Roofed Palace (Polish, English and French)
Additional fee for renting an audioguide or GTS headset – 10 PLN

Group tickets for the Royal Apartments and Parliament Chambers:
- regular rate – 55,00 PLN
- reduced rate – 40,00 PLN
- reduced rate for a caregiver (max 2 people per group) – 15.00 PLN
- school rate – 1.00 PLN
Groups can count min. 10 and max. 30 people.
Additional fee for renting an audioguide or GTS headset – 5 PLN
Visitors in guided tours are required to use GTS headsets.
You can use your own GTS headsets.
Guided tours and using audioguides are possible only on two sightseeing routes: the Royal Apartments and Parliament Chambers and the Tin-Roofed Palace.
Audioguides for the Royal Apartments and Parliament Chambers are available in the following language versions: Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian And Ukrainian.
Audioguides are rented until 3:30 p.m.

The price of tickets for temporary exhibitions will be set individually for each exhibition and posted on a current basis.
