OPENING HOURS

The Royal Route, The Gallery of Masterpieces, The Kubicki Arcades, temporary exhibitions: 

Tuesday-Sunday: 10 AM–5 PM (last entry at 4 PM)
Monday – closed

The Tin-Roofed Palace: 

Wednesday, Saturday-Sunday: 10 AM–5 PM (last entry at 4 PM)

The Royal Gardens:

The Upper Garden: 10 AM–6 PM (possible temporary closure due to weather conditions)
The Lower Garden: 10 AM–6 PM

On Mondays the Castle is closed for public

The last visitor is admitted one hour before the exhibition closes

Individual tickets:

The Royal Route: The Great Apartment, The Royal Apartment, The Four Seasons' Gallery, The New Deputies' Chamber, The Wettin Gallery, The Presidential Rooms, The Senator's Chamber, Jan Matejko's Paintings, The Antechamber (1st floor)

• regular rate  – 50.00 PLN*
• reduced rate  – 40.00 PLN*
• children and adolescents from 7 to 16 years of age, upon presentation of an ID – 1.00 PLN 

The Gallery of Masterpieces (groundfloor)

• regular rate  – 40.00 PLN
• reduced rate  – 30.00 PLN
• children and adolescents from 7 to 16 years of age, upon presentation of an ID – 1.00 PL

The Tin-Roofed Palace

• regular rate 30.00 PLN
• reduced rate 20.00 PLN
• children and adolescents from 7 to 16 years of age, upon presentation of an ID – 1,00 PLN 

*The ticket price includes the rental of an audioguide or GTS headset. Headsets must be picked up by 3:30 p.m.
 

On Wednesdays:

• free admission to permanent exhibitions: The Great Apartment, The Royal Apartment, Jan Matejko's Paintings, The Senators' Chamber (insight from the outside) and The Gallery of Masterpieces – as part of one sightseeing route.
• free tickets need to be collected at the Ticket Office
• guided tours and reservations not available 
• The Presidential Rooms, The Wettins' Gallery – not available) 

Children up to 7 years of age – free admission

Audioguides are available only for two sightseeing routes: The Royal Route (Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian And Ukrainian) and The Tin-Roofed Palace (Polish, English and French)

Additional fee for renting an audioguide or GTS headset – 10 PLN

Group tickets for The Royal Route:

• regular rate  – 45,00 PLN*
• reduced rate  – 35,00 PLN*
• children and adolescents from 7 to 16 years of age, upon presentation of an ID – 1,00 PLN

Groups can count min. 10 and max. 30 people.

Additional fee for renting an audioguide or GTS headset – 5 PLN

Visitors in guided tours are required to use GTS headsets.

You can use your own GTS headsets.

Guided tours and using audioguides are possible only on two sightseeing routes: The Royal Route and The Tin-Roofed Palace.

Audioguides for The Royal Route are available in the following language versions: Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian And Ukrainian.

Audioguides are rented until 3:30 p.m.
